blue hawaii

i have been in hawaii for a little over a week, it is so beautiful. We have gone to Pearl Harbor, driven over mountains, gone to an ancient temple, seen the north shore and its ginormous waves, I have walked to Waikiki more times than I can count; and tomorrow we hop a plane for the big island of Hawaii. It has an active volcano, and you can get close enough to the flow to touch it with a stick. Lots of sunshine here, which makes for a tan crowd -- can't wait for tomorrow -- tell you all about it when I get back. I leave here Saturday the 26th for dirty detroit, staging for 3 days. Then it is off to the Philippines. It all came so soon. I'll write more when I know more. Lindsey
